सा. का. नि. 236(अ) लोक ऋण नियमावली , 1946 के नियम 4 के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्द्वारा यह विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि लोक ऋण अधिनियम , 1944 (1944 का 18) की धारा 2 के खंड (2 ) के उप - खंड ( ख) के प्रयोजनों के लिए सरकारी प्रतिभूति का प्ररूप (फार्म) निम्नलिखित होगा , अर्थात्:-

2. उपर्युक्त राशि पर इस नोट की तारीख से इस नोट के उन्मोचन की तारीख के ठीक पहले की तारीख तक 7.75 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष की दर से ब्याज दिया जाएगा । ब्याज छमाही आधार पर प्रत्येक वर्ष 30 सितम्बर और 31 मार्च को अदा किया जाएगा ।
3. यह नोट अपरक्राम्य है ।

संख्या भारत के राष्ट्रपति इस नोट के निर्गम की तारीख से आठ वर्ष पुर हो जाने पर अथवा इस नोट के निर्गम की तारीख से तीन वर्ष पूरे हो जाने के बाद किी ऐसी पहले की तारीख क , जिस पर भारत सरकार म्हमत हो , ( देते हैं । -को- T -रुपए रुपए) की राशि अदा करने का वचन
2. उपर्युक्त राशि पर इस नोट के निर्गम की तारीख से इम नोट के उन्मोचन की तारीख के ठीक पहले की तारीख तक 9 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष की दर से ब्याज दिया जाएगा । ब्याज छमाही अदा- यगियो के रूप में दिया जाएगा ; पहली अदायगी इस नोट के निर्गम की तारीख से छः महीने समाप्त होने पर शुरू होगी ।
3. यह नोट अपरक्राम्य है ।
