Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, on being requested so to do by State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur establishes, with effect from 31-3-1984 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Rajasthan under the name of Sriganganagar Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which shall operate with- in the local limits of the District Sriganganagar in the State of Rajasthan.

Bank has been sponsored specifies Sri Ganganagar as the place where Sriganganagar Kshetriya Gra- min Bank shall have its head office.

Bank, Sriganganagar and specifies the period com- mencing on 31-3-1984 and ending with 31-3-87 as the period for which the said Shri C. S. Gupta shall hold office as such Chairman.

S.O. 230(E).—In pursuance of sub clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the pur- pose of the said sub-clause, Sriganganagar Kshetriya Grarnin Bank, Sriganganagar being an institution established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 232(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub- section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank namely :—

"Sriganganagar Ksheriya Gramin Bank," Sri-
