NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th March, 1984
S.O. 239(E).—In exercise ol the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 195 J (65 of 1951), read with rule 8 of the Development Councils (Proce- dural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India, in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers No. S.O. 321(E), dated the 19th April, 1983, namely :—
In annexure I to the said notification, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely ;—
"3. Shri B. B. Singh,
Secretary Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers—Member".
