सा०का ० नि० 247 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार महापत्तन म्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के उपखण्ड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए बम्बई पत्तन से सम्बन्धित भारत सरकार मे नौवहन और परिवहन मत्तालय (पत्तन पक्ष) की अधिसूचना स० सा० का० नि० 58 (अ) दिनाक 10 फरवरी , 1984 मे निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना के निम्नलिखित सारणी मे-
(क) कालम ( 2 ) मे प्रविष्टि ' वृहत्तर बम्बई' का नगर निगम' और उसके सामने कालम ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) मे उल्लि खित प्रविष्टियों का हृटायी जायगी ।
(ख) कालम ( 4 ) मे शब्द, ' कूल ' के सामने सख्न ' 10 ' के बदले सख्या ' 9 ' रखी जायगी ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( 1) of clause ( c) of sub section ( 1 ) of section 3 of th Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , th Central Govern- mont heroby makes the following amen Inment in the no fica- tion of the Government of India in the, Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No GSR 58 (E) , dated the 10th February , 1984 , relating to the Port of Bombay, namely
In the Table below the said notification
(a) the entry" Municipal Corporation of Gisaler , Bombay" occurring in column (2 ) and the corresponding entries occurringincolumns (3 ) and (4) shall be omitted .

(b) against the Word " Total " , in column (4) , for the figures " 10" , the figure " 9" shall be substituted .

सा०का ० नि ० 248 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग) के उपखड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बम्बई पत्तन से सम्बन्धित भारत सरकार में नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्सन पक्ष) की अधिसूचना सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 57 ( अ) दिनांक 10 फ़रवरी 1984 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
(क) प्रविष्टि 'नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय' के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाय , अर्थात्

(ख) कालम ( 2 ) में 'कुल' शब्द के सामने संख्या ' 9' के बदले संख्या ' 10 ' रखी जाय ।

In the Table below the said notification:-

सा०का ० नि ० 249 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बम्बई पत्तन के लिए न्यासी मंडल के निम्नलिखित सारणी के क्रम स०-1 से 12, 20 और 21 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को न्यासी नियुक्त करती है और उक्त बोर्ड में उसी सारणी के क्रम सं० 13 से 19 में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को निर्वाचित न्यासी अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial numbers 1 to 12 , 20 and 21 in the Table below to be Trustees on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Bombay, and notifles the persons mentioned against serial numbers 13 to 19 in the said Table as elected to be Trustees on the said Board , namely:-
