G.S.R. 251(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government here- by makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 95]81-Central Excises, dated the 1st April, 1981, namely :—

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st March, 1984" the figures, letters and words "30th June, 1984" shall be substituted. [F. No. 146|3|84-CX.4] 1649GI/83 (l) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA ; EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—Sia 3(i)] No. 81|84-CENTRAL EXCISES
