Central Government, on being requested so to do by United Commercial Bank establishes, with effect from the 1-4-1984 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Mahakaushal Kshetriya Gramin Bank, which shall operate within the local limits of the Dis- tricts of Narsinghpur and Jabalpur in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

New Delhi, the 31st March, 1984S.O. 234(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Re- gional^Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the S.O. 235(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Re- gional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and United Commercial Bank by which Mahakaushal Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored specifies Narsinghpur 2 GI/84 (1)

S.O. 236(E).—Jh pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Central Government hereby notifies, for the pur- pose of the said sub-clause Mahakaushal Kshet- riya Grainin Bank, Narsinghpur being an institu- tion established under sub-section (D of Section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 238(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Re- serve Bonk of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said of the follow- ing bank namely :—
