G.S.R. 265 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (J) of clause (ft) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. I/Customs [G.S.R. 940 (E)], dated the 1st Jan. 1984 the Central Government hereby determines that, for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of the Schedule below into Indian currency or vice-
