No. ADM|SCS|LAW[400[84.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Bombay Land Improvement Scheme Act, 1942 (Bombay Act No. 28 of 1942), as in force in the State of Gujarat and extended to the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, vide Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. GSR 857(E) dated 22-11-1983, the Administrator, Dadra and Nagar Haveli is pleased to direct that the said Act shall come into force in the whole Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Oflicial Gazette.
