(3) of Sec. 1 ef the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947 (Bombay Act No. LXII of 1947) as in force m the State of Gujarat and extended to the Union Territory >f Dadra and Nagar Haveli, vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. G.S.R. S69(E) dated 30-11-1983, the Administrator, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, is hereby pleased to direct to notify that the said Act shall come into force in the whole of the Union Territoiy of Dadra and Nagar Haveli from the date of publication of notification in the Gazette of Govt. of India.
