G.S.R. 270(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (1) of rale 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 271|82-Central Excises, dated the 13th November, 1982, namely ;—
In the said notification,—
(a) the first proviso shall be omitted;
(b) in the second proviso, for the words "Provided further, that", the words "Provided that" shall be substituted; and
(c) in the third proviso, for the words "Provided further
that" shall be substituted.
