NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th April, 1984
S.O. 253(E).—The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Mar- kets Commission, the application for recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Grain Rice and Oilseeds Merchants' Association, Grainseeds House, 72|80 Yusuf Meherali Road, Bombay-400003, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers confered by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Association for a period of two years from 7th April, 1984 to 6th April 1986 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward con- tracts in Groundnut (Kernel).

S.O. 254(E).—The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Mar- kets Commission, the application for recognition made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Bombay Oilseeds and Oils Exchange Ltd., Jenabai Building Yusuf Meherali Road, Bombay-400003 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of two years from 7th April, 1984 to 6th April, 1986 (both days inclu- sive) in- respect of forward contracts in Groundnut oil.
