S.O. 272QB).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 9 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Pro- visions) Scheme, 1970, as amended vide Government Notification No. F. 4J3J82-BO. 1(1), dated March 1; 198J, the Central Gov- ernment is pleased to decide" that Shri G. C. Kathrani shall cease to hold the office of director on the Boai'd of Directors of Bank of India with immediate effect.
