सा.का. नि. 274 (ख) केन्द्रीय सरकार , बाट और माप मानक मभि- नियम,1976 (1976 का 60) की धारा 28 की उप - धारा (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राज्य सरकार की सहमति से महाराष्ट्र राज्य में विधिक माप विद्या का तत्समय पद धारण करने वाले व्यक्ति को उक्त अधिनियम के भागा 4 के अध्याय 4 के उपबन्धों सम्बन्धी विधिक माप विद्या निदेशक की

सभी शक्तियां प्रत्यायोजित है , सिवाय उन शक्तियों के जो पैकेज के रूप में रखी गई किसी वस्तु के जो किसी अन्तर्राजीय व्यापार और बाणिज्य के अनुक्रम में बची , वितरित या परिदत्त की जाती है , विनिर्माता या पैकर के विरुद्ध कोई शिकायत करने के लिए धारा 72 द्वारा प्रदत्त की जाती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th April, 1984
G.S.R. 274 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 7 ) of section 28 of the Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 (60 of 1976 ) , the Central Government hereby delegates to the person for the time being holding the Office of the Controller of Legal Metrology in the State of Maharashtra all the powers of the Director of Legal Metrology pertaining to the provisions of Chapter IV of Part IV of the said Act , except the powers conferred by section 72 to make a complaint against the manufacturer or packer of any commodity in packaged form, which is sold , distributed or delivered in the course of any inter - State trade and commerce.
