NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th April, 1984
G.S.R. 282(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub' section (1) of Section 13 of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance No. 12(11)- F. 1048 dated the 25th August, 1948, the Central Government hereby orders that Handicrafts and Handloom Expo it Corporation of India Ltd. may import into India any gold for export of gold jewellery against gold supplied by foreign buyers till 11-4-1984 under the scheme notified by Government of India in the Ministry ol Commerce under the Public Notice No. 39 1TC(PNO)|80 dated the 4th April, 1981.
