G.S.R. 283(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (I) of Section 13 of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 4,46 of J 973} and in partial modification of the notification, of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance No. 12(11)- E. 104& dated the 25th August, 1948, thu Central Government hereby oiders that Handicrafts and Ilandloom Export Corporation of India Ltd. may import into India any gold for export of gold jewellery against gold supplied by foreign buyers till 31-3-1985 under the scheme notified by Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce under the Public Notice No. 39-ITC (PNO)[80 dated the 4th April, 1981.
