का. आ. 280(अ) जब कि तारीख17-4-1981 के भारत के राजपत्रराजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2 , खंड 3 , उपखंड (1) में प्रका- शित भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण की 17 अप्रैल , 1981 की सा. का. नि. 298 (अ) संख्यक अधिसूचना द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, जिन्हें बहुमूल्य कलाकृति के रूप में घोषित किए जाने की प्रस्तावना है , उन रंगचित्रों और पांड लिपियों से संबंधित मानवीय कलाकृतियों के कलात्मक और सौंदर्यपूरक मूल्य पर विचार करने तथा एक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए एक समिति का गठन किया है;
और जब कि उक्त समिति का कार्यकाल16 अप्रैल , 1984 को
समाप्त होगा ;
अब , अतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार , पुरावशेष तथा बहुमूल्य कला- कृति अधिनियम ,1972 ( 1972 का 52) की धारा 2 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) के साथ पठित पुरावशेष तथा बहुमूल्य कलाकृति नियम , 1973 के नियम 2( क) के अनुसरण में उक्त समिति के कार्यकाल को एतद्वारा17 अप्रैल , 1984 से एक वर्ष के लिए और बढ़ाती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th April, 1984
S.O. 280 (E) .-Whereas the Central Govern- ment has constituted a Committee for consider- ing and submitting a report on the artistic and aesthetic value of human works of Art relating to Paintings and Manuscripts proposed to be de- clared as art treasures by the Notification of Arc- haeological Survey of India , No. G.S.R. 298 (E) . dated the 17th April, 1981 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (i) dated the 17-4-1981 ;
And whereas the term of the said committee is due to expire on the 16th April , 1984;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of rule 2A of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Rules , 1973 , read with the clause (b) of sub- section ( 1) of section 2 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act , 1972 (52 of 1972) , the Central Government hereby ex- tends the term of that above said Committee for one year more from the 17th April, 1984 .
