NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th April, 1984

S.O. 282(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S,O. 432(E) dated the 11th June, 1981, published at pages 733-734 of Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extra- ordinary, dated the 11th June, 1981, which was amended by Noti- fication No. 798(E), dated the 13th November, 1981, and Notifica- tion No. 53O(E), dated the 30th July, 1983, namely :—

In the said Notification, for serial number 4 and the entry

relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :—

"4. Shri J. K. Bagchi, Jt. Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Department of Textiles, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi."
