S.O. 3O!rU£).—-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government, being of opinion that it is necessary so to do, hereby constitutes the 'Un- lawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal' consisting of Shri Jus- tice, Puliangudi Raniaiya Pillai Gokulakrishnan, Judge of Madras High Court.
