अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 18 अप्रैल, 1984 से० 92/ 84-फेन्द्रीय उत्पाव-बाल्क
सा० का० ति० 290 (म ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीयं उत्पाव-शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधि सूचना सं ० 25/ 84- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्वा, तारीख 1 मार्च, 1984 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त प्रधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी म,
(i ) क्रम सं० 1 के मामने , स्तभ ( 3) , में , जहां कहीं , " 450' अंक आते है उनके स्थान पर " 275 " अंक रखो जाएंगे
( ii) क्रम स० 2 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3 ) मे , जहा कहीं " 730 अक झाले ' हैं उनके स्थान पर " 550" अंक रखे जाएंगे ,
( iii) क्रम स० 3 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3) , में जहां कही "900 " बैंक आते हैं उनके स्थान पर " 730" प्रेक रखे जाएये ,
(१४) प्रेम सं० 3 और उसमे सबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्वात् निम्म- लिखित क्रम से ० और प्रविष्टिया अंत स्थापित की जाएंगी,

New Dolhi , the 18th April , 1984
No. 92/ 84- CENTRAL EXCISSES
G.S.R 290(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Contral Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No 25/84- Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1984 , namely: --
In the Table annexed to the said notification ,
( 1) against S No 1 , in column (3 ), for the figures " 450 " wherever they occur, the figures " 275 " shall be substr- tuted;
(it) against S No 2, in column (3 ) , toi the huures " 130" wherever they occur , the figures " 550 " shall be substi tuted,
(in) against S No. 3 , in column (3 ), for the figures "900 " wherever they occur , the figures " 730 " shalr be substı- tuted;
( iv) after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the follow- ing S No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

मा० ५१० ति० 291 ( भ ) कन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुरुक नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वाला प्रक्त माक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के विल मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की ऐमी प्रत्येक अधिसूजना का, जो इससे सुधावक सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट है, उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) मे फी तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट रीति में संशोधन किया जाएमा ।

उक्त अधिम्चता मे,
33/ 84-फेण्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 198 : ( क ) प्रारंभिक पैरा मे ' पालिएस्टर , फाइबर" शब्दो के स्थान पर पालिएग्टर फाइबर या सूत या दोनों" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ,
(ख) परन्तुन से स्वाग पर निम्त लिखित परम्पुत्र रखा जाएगा , श्रर्थात् परन्तुक इस अधि- मुचना में अंतविष्ट फूट उक्ता स्ती फैब्रिक को लागू नहीं हागी, यदि उमभ--
( 1 ) कपास और पालिएस्टर से भिन्त फाइबर या मूत है, या
( ii ) पालिएस्टर फिलामेट सूत है सौर उक्त सूती फैब्रिक का (जिसमे पालिएस्टर फिलामेंट सूत है ) मूल्य पच्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्ग मीटर से अधिक है ।" ।

53/ 84-फेन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची नारीक 1 मार्च, 1984 क्रम सं ० 7 और उससे संबधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित क्रम स० भौर प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात् " 7 छाते धौर उनके भाग । "

G.S.R. 291 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Con- tral Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corres- ponding entry in colum (3 ) of the said Table.

(ii) for the proviso , the following proviso shall be subst- tuted namely:-
"Provided that the exemption contained in this notifi- cation shall not apply to the said cotton fabrics if it contains-
(b) for the proviso the follow- ing proviso shall be substi tuted namely:- "Providedth at the exemp tion contained in this noti- fication shall not apply te the said cotton fabrics , if it contains :-
(a) fibre or yarn other than cotton and polyester, or (b) polyester filament yarn and the value of the said cotton fabrics (containing polyester filament yarn) per square metre exceeds twenty- five rupees ."

सा० का० ति० 293 (प):-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अतिरिक्त उत्पाव शुल्क ( ज़िशेष महत्व का माल ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 को 58) की वारा 3 की उपवास ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के बिस मंणालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधि- सूचना से 35/ 84-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीक 1 मार्च, 1984 कা निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, भर्थातः-
उक्त प्रधिसूचना में ,
In the Schedule annexed to the, said notification for S. No. and the entry relating thereto the following S. No. and entry shall be substituted namely:--
" 7. Umbrellas and parts there- of.".
( i ) प्रारंभिक पैरा में, " पालिएस्टर फाइबर" शब्दों के स्थान पर "पालिएस्टर फाइबर या सूत या दोनों" शब्द रख जाएंगे ।

"भरन्तु इस अधिसूचना में अंतबिष्ट छूट उक्त कृक्रिम फैब्रिक को लागू नहीं होगी, यदि उसमें
( क) कपास और पालिएस्टर से भिन्न फाइबर या सूत है , या
( ब ) पालिएस्टर फिलामेंट सूत है भौर उक्त कृतिम फैनिक का (जिसमें पालिएस्टर फिवामेंट सूत है) मूल्य पच्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्ग मीटर से अधिक है ।"
मा० का० नि० 292(घ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अतिरिक्त उत्पाद-शुरुक ( विशेष महत्व का माल ) अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 58 ) की बारा १ की उपधारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाव- शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त माक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्थ विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं 34/ 84-फेन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्मः, तारीख 1 मार्च, 1984 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, भर्वात्

No. 95/ 84- CENTRAL EXCISES "पालिएस्टर फाइबर या सूत या दोनों" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ,
(ti ) परन्तुक के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित परन्तुक रखा आएगा,
"परन्तु इस अधिसूचना में भतविष्ट छूट उक्त सूती फैब्रिक को लागू नहीं होगी, यदि उसमें:-
( क ) कपास और पालिएस्टर से जिम्म फाइबर या सूत है , मा

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 , read with sub -section (3 ) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods o. Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957) the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the folowing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 35/ 84- Central Excises dated the 1st March , 1984 namely:-
In the said notifiacation ,--
(च) पालिएस्टर फिलामेट बूत है और उक्त सूती फैब्रिक का ( जित में पालिएस्टर क्रिछामेट सूत है) मूल्य पच्चीस रुपए प्रतिवर्ग मीटर से अधिक है ।"

( i ) in the opening paragraph for the words "polyester Abre" the words " polyester fibre or yarn or both " shall be substituted;

"Provided that the exemption contained in this notifi- cation shall not apply to the said man- matte fabries, if it contains..
(a) fibre or yarn other than cotton and polyester, or G.S.R.292( B ) .In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule( 1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub- section (3 ) of seation 3 of the Additional Duties or Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act , 1957 (58 pf 1957) the Central Government -hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 34/84-Contral Ex- oises, dated the Jst March , 1984 namely
In the said notification,-
(b ) polyester filantent yarn and the value of the said man- made fabrics (containing polyester filament yarn per square metre exceeds twenty- five rupees".
(i) in the opening paragraph for the words " polyester fibre" the words " polyester fibre or yarn or both" shall be substituted:
