MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi, the 19th April, 1984S.R.O. 43 (E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government being satisfied that for the administ- ration of the Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Ahmed- nagar hereby makes a declaration to that effect 87 GT/84 (1)

S.R.O. 44(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) read with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 43-E dated the 19th April 1984, published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part II Section 4, dated the 19th April 1984, the Central Government hereby notifies that the foll- owing two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Ahmednagar with effect from the 19th April 1984.

1. Lt. Col. K. Vadivelu—nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 14

2. Shri Ramkrishna R. Pillay— nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 14,
