G.S.R. 300(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962). the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 219[81-Customs, dated the 28th September, 1981, namely:—
In the, said notification, in condition (1), for the words "Depart- ment of Heavy Industry In Ministry of Industry", the words, "Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Shipping Wing)" shall he substituted
