NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd April, 1984S.O. No. 315 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited (Acquisi- tion and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1984 (16 of 1984) the Central Government hereby directs that he undertakings of the Ganesh Flour Mills, having their registered Office at Subzimandi, Delhi and the right, title and interest of the said com- pany in relation to its undertakings which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act, shall instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in the Govern- ment company known as Messrs. Hindustan Vege- table Oils Corporation Limited having as regis- tered Office at 16, Nehru Place, New Delhi on and from the 23rd day of April, 1984. [F. No. 13(53)/80-AEI(1)] 98 OI/84 (1)

S.O. No. 316(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Arnrit- sar oil Workers (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings) Act, 1982 (50 of 1982) the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of Amritsar Oil Works, having their registered office at G.T. Road, Cheharta, Amritsar and the right, title and interest of the said company in relation to its undertakings which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Govern- ment, vest in the Government company known as Messrs. Hindustan Vegetable Oils Corporation Limited having its registered office at 16, Nehru Place, New Delhi on and from the 23rd day of April, 1984.
