NOTIFICATION

No. IV. 11017|n|84-CSR.—In partial modification of the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. IV. 11O17|1|83-CSR, dated the 9th June, 1983, and published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part I, Section 1, dated the 9th June, 1983, setting up a Commission to examine and review the working of the existing arrangements between the Union and States in regard to powers, functions and responsibilities in all spheres, it has been decided that the said Commission will submit its report on or before the 30th June, 1985.
