सं० 98/ 84-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा० का० नि० 305 ( ब ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( ⅰ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार का वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूथना से ० 75/84 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तारीख 1 मार्च, 1984 को निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, मर्मात
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
(i) निर्देश सं ० 10,08 और उम्म्प्से सबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित निर्देश सं ० और प्रविष्ट्रियो अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्

केन्द्रीय सरकार या किसी राज्य नरकार या किसी राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड या किसी स्था नीय प्राधिकरण के स्वामित्वाधीन या नियन्ण में विद्युत उपक्रमो द्वारा विद्युत ऊर्जा के उत्पादन के लिए ईंधन के रूप मे उपयोग के , या भारतीय विद्युत अधि- नियम 1910 ( 1910 का 9) के भाग 2 के अर्थन अनशन किमी दक्ति द्वारा विद्युत ऊर्जा का प्राय करने या किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा जियो भान्तीय विद्युत अधिनियम, 1010 भी था 28 के अजीर करने के कारबार में लगने की मांगे अभिप्राप्त कर ली है , भियाथ उनके जो विद्युत ऊर्जा का उत्पादन विक्रय के लिए नहीं किन्तु अपने उपयोग के लिए पा, अपने उपक्रमो को प्रदाय के लिए करते हैं लिए आशयित । "

G.S.R.305(E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -rule (1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the notification on the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of. Revenue) No. 75/ 84- Central Excises , dated the 1st March, 1984 , namely:-
Inthe Table annexed to the said notification ,
(i) after Ref. No. 10.08 and the entries relating thereto, the following Rof. N. and entries shall be inserted, namely :-
