का. आ. 319(अ) रबड़ अधिनियम , 1955 के नियम 3 के उपनियम (1 ) , (2) , (3) तथा (4) और नियम 4 के उप- नियम (1) के साथ पठित रबड़ अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के खण्ड (ख) , (ग) , (घ) तथा (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्यों के साथ रबड़ बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन को एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है , अर्थात

S.O. 319 (E) .-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (b) , ( c) , (d) and ( e) of sub - sec- tion (3 ) of section 4 of the Rubber Act , 1947 ( 24 of 1947) , read with sub - rules ( 1 ) , (2) , (3 ) and (4) of rule 3 and sub - rule ( 1) of rule 4 of Rubber Rules , 1955 , the Central Government hereby notifies re- constitution of the Rubber Board with the follow- ing members , for a period of three years on and with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , namely : --
