ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th April, 1984
GSR 309$E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 (10 of 1955), tnc Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Restriction on Use) Order, 1974, namely :—
1(1) This Order may be called the Liquefied Petroleum Gas
(Restriction on Use) Amendment Order, 1984,
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in
the Official Gazette.
2. In Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Restriction on Use) OrJ^r, 1974, in paragraph 3, the following proviso shall be inserted namely :
"Provided that nothing in this Order will preclude use of Liquefied Peroleum Gas for research purposes on automobiles".
