NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th, April, 1984
S.O. 3-23 (E).—Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of the Presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 270(E) dated 17th April, 1982 pub- lished at page 452 of Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 17th April, 1982;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. D. Tulpule as the Presiding Officer of the said National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay.
