NOTIFICATION

S.O. 324(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (i) of Section 15 of the Hind Cycles Limited and sen Raleigh Limited (Nationalisation) Act, 1980 (No. 70 of 1980) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. K. Dwivedi an officer of the Bihar Judicial service as the Commissioner of Payments, wijh effect from the 9th April, 1984 (forenoon).
