No. 101|84-Central Excises

G.S.R. 313(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India ,in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 239[82-Central Excises, dated the 1st November, 1982, namely:—-

ID the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters

and words "30th day of April, 19s4", the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1985" shall be substituted.
