NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st May, 1984
G.S.R. 321(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Com- mission Act, 1956 (61 of'1956) read with rule 6 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Laxmi Raman Acharya, as a member of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, estab- lished under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act, for a period commencing on and from 1st May 1984 and ending on the 30th September, 1986.
2.-The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) *of section 4 of the said Act also appoints Shri Laxmi Raman Acharya, as Vice-Chairman of the said Com- mission vice Shri G. D, Richhariya, for the aforesaid period.
