S.O. 348(E).—In pursuance of the section 12 of the Represen- tation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the President is pleased to call upon the elected members ot the Legislative Asse- mbly of the Union territory of Arunachai Pradesh, to elect, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and the rules and orders made thereunder, one member for filling the seat of a Member of the Council of State who would be retiring on the 26th May, 1984, on the expiration of his term of office.
