Subject :—Order for Cancellation of Advance Licence No. P(L| 2981059 dated 27-11-83 (Customs purposes) for Rs. 4,49,27,700 issued in favour of M|s. Thermax Pri- vate Limited, Poona.
Order No. ADV|UDES|176|AM 83|ALS-IIL—M|s. Thermax Pvt. Ltd., Poona were granted Advance Licence No. P|L|2981059 dated 27-11-82 for Rs. 4,49,27,700 (Rs. Four Crores Fortynine Laths Twentyseven thousand & Seven hundred only) for import of items shown on the revenue side of this order for the licensing period AM-83. They have applied for duplicate customs copy of the above mentioned Advance Licence on the- ground that the original Customs purpose copy has been lostjmisplaced.
2. In support of this contention the applicant has filed an affidavit on Stamped paper duly attested by the Judicial Magist- rate, F.C. 8th Court, Poona, I am satisfied that the original Cus- toms purpose copy has been lost or misplaced and direct that a duplicate Customs purpse copy be issued to the applicant. The original Customs purposes copy of Advance Licence No. P|Lj 2981059 dated 27-11-82 for Rs. 4,49,27.700 may be deemed to have been cancelled.
