PUBLIC NOTICE No. 13-ETC(PN)|84 Subject :—Scheme for export under OGL-3 of Garments and Knitwear to USA, EEC Member States, Austria, Finland, Canada and Sweden from 1-1-84 to 31-12-84. File No. 2|57|83-EI.—Attention is invited to para 4(i) of the Public Notice No. 41-ETC(PN)|83 dated the 14th September. 1983, on the subject mentioned above "as amended vide Public Notice No. 8-ETC(PN)|84 dated 7th March, 1984.
2. It has now been decided that for purpose of utilisation of past performance entitlement, the year will be divided into two periods. The first period would over the first 5 months of the Calendar year and the second period from 1st June, 1984 to 15th October, 1984. The minimum of 50 per cent of past per- formance entitlement as originally calculated on the basis of the base period performance should be utilised in the first 5 months i.e. upto 31st May, 1984.
3- All other terms and conditions mentioned in para 2 of Public Notice No. 8-ETC(PN)|84 dated 7th March, 1984, shall remain unchanged.
