का. आ . 351 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्क्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ध) और (च) के अधीन आदेश देने की शक्ति का प्रयोग , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किसी भी किस्म के पशु बारे के सम्बन्ध में , तमिलनाडु राज्य की सरकार भी उस राज्य में करेगी ।
2. यह आदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 1-8-1984 तक समाप्त होने वाली अर्थाध के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 2nd May , 1984
S.O. 351 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Cen- tral Govrnment hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses ( d) and (f) of Sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the Cattle Fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Tamil Nadu in that State .
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 1st August , 1984 .

3. Hay of Ragi and Cholam .
