G.S.R. 323(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisflod that
it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendment in the notification of tho Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,
Department of Revenue, No. 13-Custoras, dated the 9th February, 1981, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, for serial numbers 4 to 8 and the entries
relating thereto, tho following serial numbers and entries shall bo substituted, namely:

Spares of production machinery. Consumables required for manufacture of goods. Material handling equipments namely fork-lifts and over- head cranes. Sample/Prototypes, not exceeding two in number of ooch type of articles covered by the manufacturing activity.
