S.O. 353(E)|No. ECC)O. 1977|AM(2S5).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, V/H, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fifth
Amendment Order, 1984.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the existing condition (b)(i) appearing in column 4 of the OGL against S. Mo. 21A shall be substituted by the following :—
