NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th May, 1984
G.S.R. 330 (E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the fol- lowing rules to further amend the Border Roads Development Board Group 'A' and Group 'C Posts Recruitment Rules, 1981 namely : —
J. (i) These rules may be called the Bor- der Roads Development Board Group 'A' and Group 'C Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 1984.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Border Roads Development Board Group 'A' and Group 'C* Posts Recruitment Rule, 1981 as in the Schedule, against item 2, relating to the post of Executive Engineer (Civil), in column (2), for the existing entry the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—j

Note :—The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3(i), dated 4-7-1981 at pages 1554, 1555 & 1556 vide Government notification, Ministry of Shipping & Transport BRDB No. GSR 624, dated 4-7-81 and was subsequently amended by Govern- ment notification No. GSR 902 ffi), dated 20-12-83 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3 (j), at page 2.
