NOTIFICATIONS

S. O. 366(E).—In respect, of aluminium required to be" Supplied in terms of Order No. 357(E), dated the 15th July, 1975 issued in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 read with clause (f) of sub-section (2) of the said section of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and clause 4C of the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) No. S.O. 881(E) dated the 3rd December, 1981, the Central Government hereby fixes under the first proviso to sub-clause (l)of clause 4 of the Alumi- nium (Control) Ordor, 1970, the sale price of such indigenous aluminium sold as ingots, billets, wire bars and wire rods as specified in the Schedule below:—
