NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th May, 1984
S.O. 374 (E) :—la exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 109C of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), the Central Government hereby makes the fallow- ing amendment in clause 3 (b) of the Solatium Fund Scheme as notified vide S. O. No. 800 (E) dated 12-11-1982 :—
"In Clause 3 (b) for the words "the Additional Controller
of Insurance" read "Joint Secretary (Insurance)".
