NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the llth May, 1984
S.O. 378(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion 7 read with section 9 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Kamta Prasad, member of the Advisory Board, as Chairman in place of Shri P. S. Safeer and makes the following amend- ments in the following notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 393 (E) dated the 28th May, 1981, namely :—
In the said notificaion in item (1) relating to Independent
member (a) for serial No. 1 and entries relating thereto, the fol- lowing shall be substituted, namely :—
"1. Shri Kamta Prasad, Professor of Economics and Rural Development, Indian Institute of Public Ad- ministration, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi.
—Chairman" (b) serial number 3 and entries relating thereto shall be
omitted.
