ORDER

New Delhi, the 12th May, 1914

S.O. 379(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 30 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953) the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 157, namely :—

1. (1) This order may be called the Tea (Distribution and Export) Control (Amendment) Order, 1984.

(2) It shall come into force on the date oi its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 1*57, sub-clauses (2) and (3) of clause II shall be omitted.
