EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 384(E)/ No. E (C) O, I977/AM (i86) :— In exercise of the powers oouforfed by section 3 cf the Imports and Exports (.Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Gcminmiht hereby makes the following Order further to amend tht Expoi t: (G n- trol) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may bs called the Exports (Control) Sixth Ami i d-

rocnt Order, 1984.

2. Iu the Export (Control) Order, 1977, in Part 'A' Schedule I thj existing entry appearing at S.No. 56(ii) shall be substitu- ted by ths fallowing :—

"Rough (uncut and unset) previous stones and crystalline Quartz".
