12 मिसिल सं ० आई० बी० सी०/ 3/ 1/ 84.-वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की सार्व- जनिक सूचना सं ० 18 आई० डी० सी० (पी एन) / 84 दिनांक अप्रैल 1984 के अन्तर्गत प्रकाशित यथा संशोधित अप्रैल 1984 मार्च 1985 के आयात एवं निर्यात नीति की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता है ।
2. निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां नीति में नीचे संकेतिक उचित स्थानों पर को गई समझी जाएंगी:--

कम रह गई है । ऐसा करते समय निर्यात सदन को निर्धारित न्यूनतम निर्यात निष्पादन सीमा की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए एक वर्ष का समय विया जाएगा ।"
2. 68 अध्याय 18 निर्यात सदन एवं व्यापार सवन भाग 'बा' व्यापार सदन कंडिका 200
वर्तमान उप कंडिका ( 3 ) के बाद निम्नलिखित और उप कंडिका शामिल की गई समझी जाएगीः-
"( 4) मुख्य आयत-निर्यात नियंत्रक निर्यात सदन प्रमाण पत्रों के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पत्तों पर ऐसे मामलों में भी विचार कर सकता है जहां आवेवक निर्धारित भावश्यक उत्पावन वर प्राप्त करने के बाद भी उप कंडिका 197 (थ) में निर्धारित वृध्दि वर न्यूनतम निर्यात निष्पावन सीमा से कम रह गयी है । ऐसा करते समय निर्यात सदन को निर्धारित न्यूनतम निर्यात निष्पादम सीमा की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए एक वर्ष का समय विया जाएगा ।
3. 216-217 परिशिष्ट -17 उत्पाव वर्ग 'क' इंजीनियरीमाल 1 फेरस से विनिर्मित वस्तुएं
पृष्ठ 216 पर प्रदशित " 1 फेरस से विनिमित वस्तुएं" शीर्षक को पृष्ठ 217 पर क्रम से ० क-1 के सामने की प्रविष्टियों से पहले दर्शाने के लिए बदला गया समझा जाएगा
इस मव को हटा दिया गया समझा जाएगा क्यों कि यह मष कालम 4 में भर ( ङ) ( 6) पर पहले से ही है ।
परिशिष्टि-17 क्रमः सं ० घ-2.1 ( 2) कालम 4 मद ( 3 ) स्वतःआंजजी टैप किन्तु प्लास्टिक और पारदर्शी विस्कोस फिल्म टेपों को छोड़कर ( 5 प्रतिशत)

Subject:-Import & Export Policy for April 1984 -March 1985
File No. IPC/3 / 1 /84 -Attention is invited to the Import & Export Policy for April 1984-March 1985, published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 18-ITC (PN )/ 84 dated the 12th April , 1984 , as amended .
2. The following corrections shall be deemed to have been made in the policy at appropriate places indicated below:--

Chapter 18 Export Houses and Trading Houses Part'A' Export Houses Para 181 .
The existing para shall be deemed to have been re-numbered as sub-para 180(3 ) , and the following shall be deemed to have been inserted as para 181 :-
"181. The Chief Controller of Imports and Exports may also consider applications for renewal of Export House Certificates in cases where the applicant having achi- eved the necessary growth rate prescribed, has fallen short of the enhanced minimum export perfor- mance limits laid down in sub-paras 176 (a) and (b) . In doing so, the Export House willbe given time for one year to make up the short-fall in the minimum export performance limit prescribed.'

After the existing sub-para (3 ) , the following further sub-para shall be deemed to have been inserted:-

"(4) .
