सा०फा ०नि ० 301 ( अ )/आ० वस्तु/चीनी केन्द्रीय सरकार, भीती (नियंत्रण) प्रादेश . 1966 के खण्ड 5 द्वारा प्रदत्स मक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भौर भारत सरकार के कृषि मशालय ( ब्राद्य विभाग ) के आदेश सं० सा ० का ० नि ० 362 ( भ) /भा ०वस्तु/चीनी, मारीख 29 अप्रैल, 1982 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , यह मिदेश देती है कि कोई भी मान्यताप्राप्त व्यवहारो , किसी भी समय स्टाफ में ,
( 1) नीचे वर्णित स्थानों में प्रत्येक के सामने उल्लिखित मात्रा से अधिक निर्वात कड़ाह चीनी ( वैक्यूम पैन मगर ) नहीं रखेगा,
(i) कलकत्ता और विस्तारित क्षेत्र में-
(क) मान्यताप्राप्त व्यवहारी जो पश्चिमी बंगाल के बाहर से चीनी आयात करते हैं- 3,500 क्विंटल ,
(ख) अन्य मान्यताप्राप्त व्यवहारी-250 क्विंटल ,
(ii) श्रन्य स्थानों में--
( क) एक लाख या उससे अधिक जनसंख्या वाले शहरों और नमरों में 250 क्विंटल,
(ख) एक लाख से कम जनसङ्ख्या वाले अन्य नगरों में-- 100 1. क्विटल,
(2 ) खडिमारी ( खुला कड़ाह चीनी ) 250 क्विंटल से अधिक महीं रखेगा:
परन्तु कोई भी मान्यताप्राप्त व्यवहारी निर्मात कड़ाह चीनी या खांड मारी ( खुला कड़ाह चीनी ) का कोई स्टाक ऐसी चीनी या खांडसारी का स्टाक प्राप्त करने की तारीख से दस दिन से अधिक की अवधि के लिए नहीं रखेगा:
परन्तु यह और भी कि इस वंश की कोई बात , निम्नलिखित द्वारा रखी गई चीनी के स्टाक को लागू नहीं होगी-
( i) सरकार मद्दे स्टाक , अथवा
( ii) राज्य सरकार द्वारा या उसके द्वारा प्राधिकृत किसी अधिकारी द्वारा नामनिर्देशित किसी मान्यताप्राप्त व्यावहारी द्वारा उचित मूल्य की दुकानों के माध्यम से वितरण के लिए रखा गया स्टाफ , भयवा
( iii) भारतीय चाच निगम द्वारा रखा गया स्टॉक ।
स्पष्टीकरण :-इस आदेश के प्रयोजन के लिए, " कलकत्ता भौर विस्तारित क्षेत्र" से पश्चिमी बंगाल सरकार की अधिसूचमा सं० 7752- एफ ० एस ०/एफ ० एस ० 14-मोर 92/61 तारीख 16 दिसम्बर , 1964 में विनिर्दिष्ट भेज अभिप्रेत है ।

G.S.R. 391 (E) / Ess . Com-/ Sugar.-In exercise of the powers conferredby clause 5 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1966 , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 362(E) /Ess.Com/Sugar , dated the 29th April, 1982 , the Central Government hereby directs that no recognised dealer shall keep In stock at any time .
(1) vacuum pan sugar , in the places mentioned below, in excess of the quantities mentioned against each ,
(i) in Calcutta and extended area---
(a) recognised dealers who import sugar from outside West Bengal--3 , 500 quintals;
(b) other recognised dealers - 250 quintals:
(ii) in other places
(a) in cities and towns with a population of one lakh or more- 250 quintals;
(b) in other towns with a population of less than one lakh-100 quintals .
(2) Khandsari (open pan sugar ) in excess of 250 quintals ,
Provided that no recognised dealer shall hold any stock of vacuum pan sugar or khandsari ( open pan sugar) for a period exceeding ten days from the date of receipt by him of such stock of sugar or khandsari :
Provided further that nothing in this Order shall appply to the holding of stocks of sugar-
(i) on Government account ; or
(li ) by the recognised dealers nominated by a State Govern ment or an officer authorised by it to hold such stock for distribution through fair price shops ; oг
(iii ) by the Food Corporation of India .
Explanation:---For the purpose of this Order , " Calcutta and extended area" means the areas specifiodin the Schodule to the notification of the Government of West Bengal No. 7752 F.S./F.S./14R 92/61 , dated the 16th December , 1964 .

सा०का ० नि ० 392 ( अ) / श्र ०यम्तु/चीनी-केन्द्रीय सरकार , चीनी (नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1966 के खण्ड 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के ब्राद्य और सिविल आवृति मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के श्रादेण सं ० सा ० का ० ति० 76 (अ ) /आ ० वस्तृ।चीनी तारीख 18 फरवरी, 1984 की अधिक्रांत करते हुए यह निवेश देती है कि ब्रांड- सारी ( खुला कड़ाह चीनी ) का प्रत्येक उत्पादक--
(1) 31 मई, 1984 के अपने खांडसारी के प्रारभिक स्टाक का और उसके पश्चात् 30 सितम्बर , 1984 तक प्रत्येक मास में उत्पादित माता की भी घोषणा विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी को करेगा ।
(2) उपखण्ड ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसार घोषित 31 मई , 1984 के अपने स्टाक और 31 मई, 1984 के ' पश्चात और 30 सितम्बर, 1984 तक अधिक से अधिक 31 अक्तूबर 1984 तक उत्पावित स्टाफ का निम्नलिखित रीति में वित्र्य भौर प्रेषण करेंगा , अर्थात्:--
(i) जून, 1984 मास की अवधि के दौराब 31 मई , 1984 के भारंभिक स्टाक के 20 प्रतिशत से प्रश्बून,
( ii) जुलाई, 1984 मास के दौरान 1 जुलाई , 1984 के भारंभिक स्टाक के 20 प्रतिशत से अन्यून ,
(iii) प्रगस्त, 1984 मास के दौरान 1 अगस्त, 1984 के प्रारंभिक स्टाक के 20 प्रतिशत से अन्पून और
(iv) सितम्बर, 1984 माल के दौरान 1 सितम्बर, 1984 के प्रारंभिक स्टाक के 20 प्रतिशत से अन्धृत ।
( 3 ) प्रत्येक मास के स्टाफ , उत्पादन , विक्रय और प्रेषणों की विधि- कियां अधिक से अधिक श्रागामी मास के सातवें दिन तक विभिषिष्ट प्राधिकारी को देगा:
परन्तु 31 मई, 1984 के संवसारी के प्रारंभिक स्टाफ की घोषणा 3 जून, 1984 को या उसके पूर्व की जाएगी ।
स्पष्टीकरण- इस आदेश के प्रयोजन के लिए , "विनिदिष्ट प्राधिकारी' से उस जिले का जिसमें उत्पादक का खांडसारी एकक स्थित है, कलक्टर या ऐसा अभ्य प्राधिकारी जिसे राज्य सरकार इस निमित्त विनिर्दिष्ट करे, अभिप्रेत है ।
(2) यह अादेश तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।

ORDER
G.S.R. 392 (E)/ Ess . Com./Sugar.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1966 and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 76 (E) /Ess . Com/Sugar , dated the 18th February , 1984, the Central Government hereby directs that every producer of khandsari (open pan sugar ) shall-
(1) declare his opening stocks of khandsari as on the 31st May, 1984 and also the quantity produced in cach month thereafter till the 30th September , 1984 to the specified authority;
(2) Sell and despatch the stocks as on the 31st May, 1984 declared in accordance with the provisions of sub- clause (1) together with those produced after the 31st May , 1984 and up to 30th September, 1984 , latest by the 31st October , 1984, in the following manner , namely:
1-3 ( 1 ) ]
(1) Not less than 20 per cent of the opening stocks as on the 31st May , 1984 , during the month of June, 1984;
(ii) Not less than 20 per cent of the opening stocks as on the 1st July, 1984, during the month of July , 1984;
(iii) Not less than 20 por cont of the opening stocks as on the Ist August, 1984 during the month of August 1984; and
(iv) Not less than 20 per cent of the opening stocks as on the 1st September, 1984 during the month of September, 1984.

(3) furnish particulars of stocks , production , sales and despatches of khandsari for each month latest by the 7th day of the following month to the specified autho- rity;
Provided that the opening stocks of khandsari as on the 31st May, 1984 shall be declared on or before the 3rd June , 1984 .
Explanation For the purpose of this Order , " specified authority" means the Collector of the District in which the producer's khandsari unit is located or such other authority as the State Government may specify in this behalf.
2. This Order shall come into force at once.
