(Rubber Control)
New Delhi, the 24th May, 1984
S.O. 405(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub- section (3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947), read with sub-rules \1), (2), (3) and (4) of rule 3 and sub rule (1) of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby1 appoints the following as members of the Rubber Board, namely :—
1. Shri M.K. Vidhyadharan, Uthamam, LIC
Lane, Pattoni, Trivandrum-4.
2. Shri Aryadan Mohammad, President, Kerala State Coop. Marketing Federa- tion Ltd., Cochin-20.
3. Shri K. Joseph Monipally, General Secre- tary, Indian Rubber Growers Associa- tion, Near South Overbridge, Cochin- 16.
and makes the following amendments in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Commerce) No. S. O. 319E, datd tae 26th April, 1984.
In the said notification against S Nos. 8,9 and 10, the following shall respectively be inserted, namely:—
"Nominated by the Central Government to repre- sent small growers of Kerala.
