G.S.R. 401(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry vi Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 179-C'ustoms, dated tfie 4th September, 1980, namely :~
In the said notification, in condition (1), in items (xxiv), (xxv) and (xxvi), for the words "and the Chief Electrical Engi- neer", the words "or the Chief Electrical Engineer" shall be sub- stituted,
