सा. का. नि. 231 (अ) .-27 मार्च , 1984 को राष्ट्रपति द्वारा किया गया निम्नलिखित आवेश , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
नागालैंड राज्यपाल ( भत्त और विशेषाधिकार ) संशोधन आवेश , 1984.
राष्ट्रपति , नागालैंड राज्य अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 27) की धारा 22 - क के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम नागालैंड राज्यपाल (भत्तेः मौर विशेषाधिकार) संशोधन आदेश , 1984 है ।

(2) यह राजपय में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. नागालैंड राज्यपाल (भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) आदेश , 1981 के पैरा 1 के उप-पैर (2) में , " 31 मार्च , 1984" अंको और शब्दों के स्थान पर , 31 मार्च , 1985" सा और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

1982 नागालैंड राज्यपाल (भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) आदेश , 1981 का संशोधन पहले नागालैंड राज्यपाल ( भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) संशोधन आदेश , (फा. सं. 2/47/80- स्टेट्क ) और नागालैंड राज्यपाल ( गत्ते और विशेषाधिकार) संशोधन आदेश , 1983 (फा. सं . 7/6/83 - एम एण्ड जी) द्वारा किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 231 ( E ) .-The following Order made by the President on 27-3-1984 is published for general information .
The Governor of Nagaland (Allowances and Privileges ) Amend- ment Order , 1984
.In pursuance of section 22 - A of the State of Nagaland Act , 1962 (27 of 1962 ) , the President hereby makes the following Order , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Governor of Nagaland (Allowances and Privileges ) Amendment Order, 1984 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In paragraph 1 of the Governor of Nagaland (Allowances and Privileges ) Order , 1981 , in sub - paragraph ( 2 ) , for the figures 3

and words " 31st day of March , 1984 " , the figues and words " 31st day of March , 1985 " shall be substituted.
