सा० का० ति० 410 (अ ) भारत के वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंतक, बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश, 1947 के, जो आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रथत्त बनाए, रखा गया है, खड 14 के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के (खाद्य और नागरिक पूर्ति मनालय) (नागरिक पूर्ति विभाग ) द्वारा जारी की गई अधिसूचना सा० का ० नि० सं ० 908 ( अ) , तारीख 22 दिसम्बर , 1983 को अधि- क्रात करते हुए , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद का जो खुले रूप में न्बे गए भिन्त हैं, स्टाक रम्राने या उसके विक्रय को प्रतिमिद्ध करना है, जब तक कि उन्हे नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के स्तभ ( 1 ) , ( 2) और ( 4) में विनिविष्ट प्रकार आकार और वर्णन के आधान में पैक नहीं किया जाता है और जिसकी शुख क्षमता उसके स्तभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्याना प्रविष्टि में विनि- विष्टहै
परन्तु यदि किसी विशेष कारण से कोई व्यक्ति ऐसे आधान में पैक किए गए वनस्पति तेल उत्सव का स्टाक करना या विक्रय करना आवश्यक समझता है जो अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किन्ही या मभी अपेक्षाओ के अनुरूप

नही है तो यह उसके लिए भारत के बतम्मति सेन उसाद विश्वक की
पूर्व अनुज्ञा प्राप्त करने के पश्चात् और इस निमित्त उक्त नियंत्रक के अनुदेशो, यदि कोई हा, के अनुपार ऐना कर महा ।

टिप्पण 1 : एल डी पी ई एणडी पोई पड़ो तर, किसे मारनुवन्य को दशा में जिसका उपयोग पैकिंग के लिए किया जाना है, पैहट यह सुनि श्चित करेगा और उसका यह उत्तरदायित्व होगा कि उत्पाद शेल्फ क्रम मे कम 4 मास तक बना रहेगा ।
टिप्पण 2: वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद के भंडारकरण के लिए जो आई ड्रम की सिफारिश नहीं की जाएगी । किन्तु, यदि उसका उपयोग किया जाता है तो वैकर का यह उत्तरदायित्व होगा कि वह उनात्व के साथ ड्रम का सुसंगमता सुनिश्चित करे ।

भोमाः 10146-1982 बाज मामत्रो औषध ओर पाने के पानी के माथ उसके सुरक्षित उपयोग के लिए पालिएथिलिन के लिए विनिर्देश ।
भामा: 10151-1982 खाद्य पदार्थों मौवध और पीने के पानी के साथ उसके सुरक्षित उपयोग के लिए पालिविनाइल क्लोराइड ( पी बी सी) और उसके कोलो- लाइमरम के लिए विनिर्देश)
(मह मानक भामाः 9833-1981 , मा माः 9845-1981 भामाः 10148-1982 और भा माः 1017-1982 के साथ कार्यान्वित किए जाएंगे । )
* जहाँ कोई वस्तु, इस प्रकार चिन्हित माता में पैक की जाती है, वहाँ ऐसी बस्तु को ऐसी मात्रा में पैक करने की पद्धति जितना शीघ्र हो सके बन्द कर दी जाएगी, किन्तु किसी भी दशा में 30 अप्रैल, 1984 के पश्चात् नहीं ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th May, 1984
G.S.R. 410(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( 1 ) of clause 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control order , 1947 , as continued in force by sub- section (2) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , and in superses sion of the Notification issued by the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies ( Depart- ment of Civil Supplies ) G.S.R. No. 908 (E) , dated the , 22nd December, 1983 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby prohibits the stock or sale , other than in loose form , of any Vegetable Oil Products , unless packed in containers of the type-size and description specified in columns ( 1 ) , (2) and (4 ) respectively ofthe Schedule given below and having a netcapacity specified in the corresponding entry in column ( 3 ) thereof :
Provided that where , for any special reason any person finds it necessary to stock or sell any vegetable oil product packed in containers not conforming to any or all of the requirements specified in the Schedule , he may do so after obtaining the prior permission therefor from the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India and in accordance with the instructions , if any, of the said Cotroller in this behalf.

Note 1 : Assurance of products , shelf life for atleast 4 months shall be the responsibility of the packer in case LDPE/ HDPE laminated to any thermoplastics is used for packing.
Note 2: GI drums are not recommended for storage of Veget- able Oil Products . However , if used, the packer shall be res- ponsible for assuring the compatibility of the drum with the product.

*Where any commodity is packed in a quantity so make the practice of packing such commodity in such quantity shall be discontinued as early as possible but in no case later than 31st May, 1984.
