मिसिल सं ० आई ० पी० सी 3/1/84: वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की मार्वजनिक सूचना मं ० 18 आई टी मी (पीएन) 84 दिनांक12 अप्रैल,1984 के अन्तर्गत प्रकाणित अप्रैल 1984 मार्च 1985 के लिए यथा संशोधित आयात-निर्यात नीति (जिल्द 1 ) की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. निम्नलिखित संशोधन/ शुद्धिया नीति में नीचे निर्दिष्ट उपयुक्त स्थानों पर की गई समझी जाएगी

Subject : Import & Export Policy for April 1984-March 1985.
F. No. IPC /3 /1/84.-Attention is invited to the Import & ExportPolicy for April 1984- March 1985 , publish d under th Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 18 - ITC(PN ,/ 84 dated the 12th April , 1984 , as a neaded.
2. The following amendment/errata shall be deemed to hav beenmade in the policy at approriate places indicatedbelow : -

The existing sub- paa 244(2)(viii ) shall be amended as under:- "For the purpos of this import policy , stainless/ heat resisting steel melting scrap means such scrap with the following di- mensións :-
Length-153 mm max : (6 " ) Width- 102 mm max . (4") Thickness - 6.5 mm max (1")
Chromium content-bet- ween 18 to 20 % Nickel content -10.5% max."
