NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 414(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 2(a) of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Civil Supplies No. 2-VP(2)2|76 dated the 8th March, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S.V.M. Tripathi, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies (Department of Civil Supplies), as the Vegetable Oil Produots Controller for India, vice Shri T. R. Pararaeswaran.
